1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BAG SZN website, applications, and subscription services (collectively, the "Service") operated by BAG SZN ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. What BAG SZN is — and is not
BAG SZN is a sports and prediction-market information and analytics subscription. We provide odds data, model outputs (including BAG SCORE), fight analysis, and related tools for entertainment and informational purposes only.
- We are not a sportsbook, bookmaker, casino, or gambling operator.
- We do not accept wagers, hold betting funds, or settle bets.
- Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, or gambling advice.
Any betting or trading decisions you make using third-party sportsbooks or prediction-market platforms are solely your responsibility and must comply with laws in your jurisdiction.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you use the Service in connection with sports betting, you must also meet the minimum legal age for wagering in your jurisdiction (typically 21+ in most United States sports-betting states). By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use is lawful where you live.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Monthly and yearly plans include a free trial where stated at checkout. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and renew at the then-current rate until canceled.
- Cancel anytime: Manage or cancel recurring plans from your Account page or Stripe billing portal.
- Price changes: We may change subscription prices with notice; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
- Lifetime plans: One-time payment; no recurring charges unless you purchase additional paid features in the future.
Except where required by applicable consumer law, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun.
5. No guarantees; performance data
Model outputs, picks, tiers (including LOCK), win-rate statistics, and AI-generated content are probabilistic and provided "as is." Past performance does not guarantee or predict future results. We do not guarantee profits, winning bets, or any particular outcome.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, resell, or redistribute Service data without permission
- Reverse engineer or circumvent access controls or paywalls
- Use the Service for unlawful gambling where prohibited
- Misrepresent BAG SZN as a licensed wagering operator
7. Third-party services
The Service may reference or link to third-party sportsbooks, prediction markets, or data providers. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party terms, availability, legality, or accuracy. Any affiliate relationships will be disclosed where required by law.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BAG SZN AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY BETTING OR TRADING ACTIVITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for conduct that harms the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel subscriptions as described above.
11. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply. Contact support@bagszn.com before initiating formal proceedings so we can try to resolve disputes informally.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
